Called the company and they said someone would be out in 30min to an hour. 30 minutes a later a guy called and said he was on his way and would be 45 minutes away. Never showed up… called him… he said he had to stop and get supplies. Took another 30 minutes and FINALLY showed up and didn’t have a single supply and left! Thank you for NOTHING. Wasted over 2 hours when we could have been contacting someone else in the meantime! Basement is flooded with 10 inches of water and I’m due any day to have a baby. Awful service.
